Design Consulting
Below is a collection of projects where I served as a game design consultant. As a design consultant, I pitch new game ideas & concepts to clients, develop prototypes to capture client feedback, provide extensive design documents once those concepts once approved, identify core design issues along with possible solutions during playtesting, and create production pipelines for future development. The downside is that I am not present for the entire process. Once a client is satisfied, it is up to them to fully develop the project and I move on to other clients.
I did this work predominantly at Jack Morton, an experiential ad agency, as part of a team of 4 and had the pleasure of working with several high-profile clients such as Disney, Riot Games, Activision, Unity, Meta, HBO, Chevy, and more.

Bippity Boppity You - Disney
I designed and prototyped a game for Disney that sought to bring that iconic Disney magic into the living room. While I can not show images or provide too many specifics about the gameplay. I can describe my role on the project and how amazing it was to collaborate with Imagineers.
We went through several rounds of pitching for the project to hone in on the type of engagement that Disney wanted and the demographics to cater to. Each pitch required detailed design documentation that specified core gameplay loops and possible development roadblocks. Once we landed on a winning concept we made several iterative prototypes that were then playtested extensively by our target audience. In the end, we landed on something that felt playful yet accessible and was a hit with the client.

Mystery in Singapore ARG - Riot Games
I pitched and prototyped an ARG for Riot Games that would take place during their developer conference.
The ARG would be a four-day experience in which players went on quests with each other, digitally and physically all while encouraging them to see what Singapore offers. The ARG took the form of a mysterious travel guide within their event app. It would recommend travel destinations near the conference hall that would serve as solutions to puzzles and ciphers within the guide. These puzzles would award them points to a global leaderboard, lead to more bespoke travel experiences, and a deeper narrative that would affect parts of the event.

Triva Game - Allergan
I pitched, designed, and developed a trivia game for doctors that helped promote eye clarity medication. The game revolved around players solving trivia questions as the answers started blurry and slowly came into focus. We worked closely with the client to ensure legal review and scientific accuracy.
